Ingredients
- 8 Idlis Left over idlis (or Idlis made in the morning)
- 3/4 cup Besan Powder
- 1 Big Onion Finely cut
- 1 Green chilli Finely cut
- 2-3 spoons Corriander Leaves Finely cut
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- Water to make thick batter
- Coconut Oil to fry

Instructions
- Cut Idlis into cubes or any shape of your choice.
- Add a pinch of salt and chilli powder to the idlis and mix well
- Make a thick batter mixing all ingredients except idli.
- Take each idli cube, dip in the batter and deep fry in oil
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
